Smith & Fong introduces PlybooSquaredâ„¢ flooring, plywood

January 3, 2008 - San Francisco, Calif. - Smith & Fong Co., has introduced a new mosaic-patterned line of Plyboo® bamboo flooring and panels and veneers.

Called PlybooSquared, the new product range celebrates yet another angle of this versatile grass and is available in four striking tones that range from a deep stone to a bright mosaic.

PlybooSquared panels come unfinished in a 5-ply construction measuring 1-1/8" x 36" x 96". The veneer product measures 1/16" x 12" x 96", and the prefinished flooring, which can be glued or nailed, comes in a 1/2" or 5/8" x 3-3/4" x 37".

PlybooSquared products contribute points toward the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)'s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Credit MR 6: Rapidly Renewable Materials.
